Store Policy
The PIP service allows you to contribute, share, store, and make available various types of content, including information, text, graphics, videos, and other materials (referred to as "User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content you post, link, or share on or through the PIP service, ensuring its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting User Content on or through the PIP service, you represent and warrant that: (i) you own the rights to the User Content or have obtained the necessary permissions and licenses to use and grant us the rights and licenses as described in these Terms, and (ii) the posting of your User Content on or through the PIP service does not violate any rights of third parties, including privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other intellectual property rights.
You retain full ownership and responsibility for your User Content. However, by sharing User Content through the PIP service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly perform, and publicly display your User Content solely for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving the PIP service. This license also allows other users of the PIP service to access and use your User Content, subject to these Terms.
While we strive to provide a safe and reliable platform, we do not endorse or assume any responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of User Content posted by users. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, and remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate or objectionable.
Please be aware that any User Content you share on the PIP service may be viewed, accessed, and used by others. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your personal information and any confidential or sensitive details shared within your User Content.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others, and we expect our users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon through the PIP service, please contact us promptly with the necessary details.
Remember that User Content posted on the PIP service may not necessarily reflect our views or opinions. Any reliance you place on User Content is at your own risk.
By using the PIP service, you agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable guidelines or policies provided by PIP regarding User Content
Prohibited Items and Activities on PIP (Checkout)
The following products and activities are not allowed on PIP. Most of these are in violation of card network rules or restricted by our payment processing partners. If you’re unsure whether your content is allowed on PIP, please reach out to support@getpip.com with a description or example of the content. PIP does not permit any activities or content that discriminates based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age. This applies to all content sent through email services or products sold on PIP Checkout. For example, the following are generally prohibited:
Anything that threatens specific individuals.
Anything that incites violence against specific people, places, or groups.
Sharing someone’s personal information without their permission.
High-risk products.
Product types with a high correlation to fraud and refund requests.
Reselling software previously purchased or selling Windows 10 license keys, etc.
IPTV subscriptions.
Web hosting or servers.
Handling money for event tickets or event hosting using PIP Checkout.
Reselling e-books with reseller rights.
Selling physical products (new or used) that the creator does not own or have ownership rights to.
Jewelry sales.
Selling Steam keys or hacking-related products from other websites.
Selling physical products that violate PIP’s terms of service or US federal law, such as CBD-related businesses.
Food products, medical products, and beauty products.
Credit improvement e-books or services, or products related to credit improvement.
Gift cards.
Products featuring animal abuse.
Violation of Terms
Sharing, promoting, or selling content that violates the aforementioned guidelines is a violation of the PIP Checkout service terms. Content that violates our terms will be removed without notice (accounts will be deleted). In the event of a second violation, any remaining funds from active sales will be paid out, a 2-week notice period will be given, and the account will be deleted.

While PIP makes every effort to keep this list up to date, it may change without notice due to card network rules, laws, and uncertainties related to payment processors. Any changes to this list take immediate effect.
Exclusive content without proper licensing
Food products and ingredients (including consumer packaged goods, livestock, plants, and seeds)
Airline tickets
Obscene or pornographic materials (including adult books or videos, adult phone conversations or audio, adult websites or content memberships, companions or escort services, dating services, mail-order brides, massage parties and prostitution, or any form of content featuring minors, characters described as minors, or characters presumed to be minors in a sexual or suggestive context)
Check cashing services
Counterfeit products and replicas
Consulting company services (such as get-rich-quick schemes, business opportunities, investment opportunities, mortgage consulting, real estate purchases, mortgage reduction services, credit repair, etc.)
Billing services (including collecting payment for services rendered and future services to be provided)
Credit card and ID theft prevention
Cruise travel
Flea markets
Drug paraphernalia
Astrology
Gambling (including any form of gambling that is not legal, lottery, illegal gambling, online gambling, sports predictions, and odds)
Illegal products or services
Marijuana dispensaries and related industries
Money transfers
Financial services industries
Multi-level marketing
Wire transfers or money orders
Pharmaceutical or internet pharmacy items (alternative drugs, sexual stimulants, weight loss pills, diet drugs, etc.)
Quasi-cash or stored value
Securities brokerage
Literature sales
Offering significant discounts or special incentives to cardholders after an initial purchase
Any activities related to negative response marketing techniques or deceptive marketing practices
Reselling personal brand products
Transportation/delivery intermediaries
Imitation substances of illegal drugs
Telemarketing
Time Share
Tobacco products
Weapons or ammunition
Jewelry, etc.
